Data Subject Request

Exercise your privacy rights under CCPA, GDPR and other laws

You can exercise your data protection rights under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA) and Utah (UCPA) consumer privacy acts, Nevada law, and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because this site does not host an automated submission form, please send your request by email and we will respond within the timeframe required by your jurisdiction.

How to submit: Email info@gradedpicks.com with the subject line "Data Subject Request" and include the details listed below.

What to Include in Your Request

  • Your full name;
  • The email address associated with your data;
  • Your US state of residence (or country, if outside the US);
  • Your relationship to us (user, partner, employee, non-user, vendor or other);
  • The specific right(s) you wish to exercise (see below).

Your Rights by Region

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, data portability, and non-discrimination. Your rights apply to personal information collected in the 12 months prior to your request.
  • Virginia (VCDPA): confirm processing and access, delete, correct inaccuracies, data portability, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale and certain profiling.
  • Colorado (CPA): access, correct, delete, data portability, and opt out of targeted advertising.
  • Connecticut (CTDPA): access, correct, delete, portability and opt-out rights, with a 15-day cessation period after you revoke consent.
  • Utah (UCPA): confirm and access, delete, data portability, and opt-out rights.
  • Nevada: opt out of the sale of covered information.
  • EU / UK / EEA (GDPR): be informed, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, data portability, and rights related to automated decision-making.

Verification and Response Times

To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before we can act on your request. We generally respond within 30 to 45 days depending on your jurisdiction, and will let you know if we require an extension permitted by law.

Authorized Agents

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written authorization. We may still verify your identity directly.
